Understanding client needs, serving clients

King & Company are a high quality building developer working across East Anglia and London focusing on large scale refurbishments, restoration or new builds.

Before we began working together, the website had been done DIY, they were not optimised for organic search, and the branding and layout of the website did not reflect the positioning of the business at the level at which they operate. 

We worked together to understand their ideal clients, who they were trying to attract, how they can serve those clients best, and what types of niche they wished to serve. We set up a relationship with a social media manager to tie in the ongoing marketing with the brand position we had established for them, and built two mobile and search optimised complementary websites that clearly demonstrate the two companies connections, but separate services.
