When you just need a quick change, we’ll update your content – 20 mins a month might not sound a lot – but you know how it sometimes takes you 20 mins just to find your password and log in, then the dashboard looks like a foreign language and you need to find that plugin that controls that thing?

Note in the case of Hosting Only plans you will have full access to your website and domain hosting package and will be required to maintain entirely it yourself. Any content or support updates will be charged hourly.
*Domain must be hosted with us for free SSL certificates, it’s easy to transfer.
Can I get maintenance without hosting?
Usually.
However, if once we see your backend and your site is really in trouble from too many plugins or error-filled code, we will let you know and there may be an additional fee for us to clean up your site so we can maintain it. In rare cases, your site may be so poorly built or maintained that we cannot take it on – it’s a write off! If that is the case, we will recommend you consider a new website – no, it’s not a way for us to get more work, we just really really care that your data is safe, your site is stable, and does what you need it to do.
We’ll just need full admin access to your website and domain hosting.
We will not maintain sites held on GoDaddy hosting.
I've got multiple sites, can you look after them?
Yes, we offer a discount for clients with multiple websites. Please get in touch for a quote.
Can my site still get hackeD/BREAK?
I’m afraid it’s always possible, no site is entirely secure.
But we’ll be backing you up regularly, and provide up to 2 hours free work to get you back up and running if the worst should happen.
How much are pay as you go content updates?
Hourly rate, all done reactively £60ph. Covers structure, content and code updating, plugin implementation etc charged in 15min increments.
Software updates and backups are not available PAYG.
With PAYG, hosting must be paid for separately.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. You are free to cancel any time. Annual payments can not be refunded if hosting is transferred elsewhere mid-cycle.
If you cancel mid-cycle, we will continue the maintenance service for the duration of your monthly or annual cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds. Once your cycle ends, no further invoices nor upgrades and backups will be made.
Direct Debit Can be set up for maintenance plans.
